I think a good place to start to find topics to discuss at the Micro Level, would be specifically to look at the The Gray Zone sections of the Red Journal. Usually a complex or controversial case is introduced by one or a few people, and then some expert opinions on how to treat these cases are given.
Perhaps, target the people who introduce these controversial cases and ask them if they would want to lead the discussion.
This may also be a good opportunity to invite our surgical oncology and medical oncology colleagues to lead and participate in these discussions in order to offer their perspective and to continue to establish a multidisciplinary approach to treating these types of cases.
In no particular order, here are a few people who could be wonderful at leading these types of discussions.

Thanks Trevor! We will add this to the list, if you or anyone else has a suggestion for a table lead for this topic please throw out suggestions, unless you would like to lead it yourself?
Thanks,

Thank you Cristin. I think it would be of interest in one of these sessions to hear more about the role (if any) of "radical radiotherapy" in the setting of oligometastatic breast cancer.
